🕒 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@chantd.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions for sending your item back

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


🛠 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us at hello@chantd.com immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale

The quickest way to get what you want?
Return your item, and once approved, place a new order for the preferred item.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be:

  • Unused, in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
