  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow extra time during high-volume periods such as sales or holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar

  • Selected international destinations

We aim to deliver all orders within:

7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, customs processes, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

🎁 Free shipping may be available on eligible orders or during promotional campaigns.

⚠️ For international shipments: import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Returns Due to Non-Delivery
